   We operate on a payment-first basis. Products will be shipped only after payment has been received by our company. We do not offer a credit scheme, where goods are sent before payment is made. This policy ensures the smooth execution of all transactions.

2. Shipping Schedule:

   • Monday to Friday: Orders will be shipped the same day if payment is received before 2:00 PM.

   • Saturday: Orders will be shipped the same day if payment is received before noon.

   • After Cut-Off Times: Payments received after the cut-off times will result in the order being shipped the next business day.

   • Sunday: We do not ship orders on Sundays, as it is our weekly off day.

3. Courier and Transport Services:
   We ship through all major courier partners, including Trackon, Delhivery, DTDC, and others. Additionally, we offer shipping through transport companies like VRL, AD Roadlines, etc. Customers are welcome to specify their preferred courier or transport company, and we will make every effort to accommodate these preferences.

4. Shipping Costs:
   All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. The cost will depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
